Job Details
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms
- OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on safety and quality
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Enforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Monitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Review and resolve any field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership
