Description

    • Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain site logistics, daily reports, inspections, and compliance requirements.
    • Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, problem‑solve, and maintain client communication.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Strong experience supervising commercial interiors or office fit‑outs (NYC experience preferred).

    • Deep understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing fast‑paced, multi‑trade environments.
