We're looking for a Superintendent / Assistant Project Manager who is wired to be in the field, takes ownership of the details, and wants to grow into a full Project Manager role with a company that has the work, the systems, and the standards to back that path up.

What You'll Do

• Document jobsite conditions and progress through photos and video
• Coordinate trades and verify installation quality at every phase
• Deliver ancillary/add-in materials and job startup kits to active job sites
• Ensure each project phase is ready before the next trade steps in
• Support the Project Manager with material takeoffs and change orders
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they escalate — not after
