What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative at Settler Structures, you will:
- Build and manage your own sales territory in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas
- Prospect, generate leads, and manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through contract
- Conduct customer presentations and product consultations
- Create tailored building solutions based on client needs and property specs
- Coordinate with production, estimating, and project staff to deliver exceptional builds
- Stay involved throughout the sales cycle to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Grow market share and capture new business opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Salesdriven, goaloriented, and selfmotivated individuals
- 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience (construction sales a plus)
- Experience in lead generation and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and follow through on commitments
- Organized and adept with CRM tools (or willing to learn)
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Construction background or knowledge of building processes is a bonus, but not required for the right sales personality.
Schedule & Flexibility
This is not a desk job. While much of your prospecting and coordination will occur during normal business hours, customer consultations often take place in the evenings and occasionally on weekends to accommodate client schedules.
We operate in a real-world construction market -- not a call center. You control your calendar, but responsiveness wins deals.
