Job Details

Experience in construction safety (commercial preferred)
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirements
OSHA 30 certification required
Ability to lead safety meetings and conduct training sessions effectively
Strong communication skills—able to influence field teams and leadership
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
Ability to travel to jobsites as needed
Lead jobsite safety efforts across multiple active construction projects
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures
Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain accurate safety documentation, including OSHA logs and reporting requirements
Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing education for field teams
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks
Stop unsafe work when necessary and reinforce a culture of accountability
Analyze safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce incidents
