Our client, a global leader in technology and cloud innovation, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be supporting the Data Center Construction Safety Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and high-level safety expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5
Location: St. Joseph County, IN (Granger) & LaPorte, IN
Pay Range: $76 – $83/hr
What’s the Job?
- Oversee and guide contractor safety performance on multi-contractor construction sites
- Conduct site walkthroughs and enforce corrective actions for unsafe behaviors
- Review safety plans, JHAs, and documentation for compliance
- Track and report safety metrics, incidents, and corrective action plans
- Represent the client’s safety interests and support regulatory inspections
What’s Needed?
- 10+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Advanced safety knowledge (high-risk operations, OSHA, compliance)
- Excellent communication, reporting, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience identifying risks and enforcing safety standards
