• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid proposals for projects ranging from small to large-scale ($20K – $20M).
• Develop and manage cost-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 in compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring performance aligns with project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and implement safety, quality, and environmental plans in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with field teams regarding progress, sequencing, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders on both design-bid-build and design-build projects.
• Support proposal development for RFPs and RFQs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project performance, risks, and financials.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
• Strong decision-making skills backed by practical construction knowledge.
