Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager or a Senior Construction Manager for our upcoming large stadium construction project in Orlando, FL.
+ Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
+ Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
+ Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
+ Construction Project Manager
+ BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of construction project manager experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
OR
+ Senior Construction Project Manager
+ BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 8 years of construction project manager experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Requirements:
+ 6-8 years of construction project management experience.
+ Experience from a large general contractor.
+ Experience in large, complex construction projects.
+ Stadium/Sports arena construction experience.
+ CMiC project management software experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $95,656.00 - $176,964.00.
