We're seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by leading and managing construction projects. You will be working on a variety of projects ranging from commercial, educational, government, healthcare, mission critical, data center, heavy civil, road, water, wastewater, and civil. This is a permanent position for a professional who thrives on meeting challenges and exceeding expectations.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
4. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
5. Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, ensuring timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and disposal of project information.
6. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
7. Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
8. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
9. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
10. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
11. Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
3. Proven track record in successfully managing commercial, educational, government, healthcare, mission critical, data center, heavy civil, road, water, wastewater, and civil projects.
4. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management software.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
6. Strong leadership and management skills.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to read, understand, and create contractual agreements.
9. Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
12. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
13. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
14. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
