We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial construction projects, including ground up, mixed use, multifamily, remodel, and renovation projects. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project, from early development to final completion, ensuring that all goals are met, including budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including ground up, mixed use, multifamily, remodel, and renovation projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, material and equipment procurement, permit acquisition, and quality control.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting any potential issues or delays and proposing solutions.
- Participate in project bidding and contract negotiation processes, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
