We are seeking a Construction Project Manager – Multi-Family based in Seattle, WA, to join a fast-growing construction firm known for delivering turnkey and custom renovation solutions for the multi-family housing industry. With a tight-knit team of professionals and a strong reputation for quality, speed, and efficiency, this is an exciting opportunity to manage diverse interior renovation projects—from unit upgrades and clubhouse renovations to capital improvement initiatives—while playing a key role in client relationships, budgeting, and scheduling.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – Multi-Family position include:
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in multi-family renovations – Oversee multiple renovation sites across Washington State, managing day-to-day operations
- High School Diploma or GED – Lead subcontractors and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – Maintain strong communication with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Experience managing budgets and schedules – Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring cost control and profitability
- Proficiency in Buildertrend, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or Procore – Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports
- Knowledge of interior renovations (cabinets, lighting, plumbing, flooring) – Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Strong client relationship skills – Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel 80–90% within Washington State – Supervise projects from Everett to the capital region
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, 401k with a 1% match up to 100%, negotiable PTO, end-of-year profit-based bonus, and a $600 monthly vehicle allowance.
