• • Manage healthcare interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and facility teams in active healthcare environments.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality finishes.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to occupied facilities.
