We're hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver high‑quality commercial interior projects throughout NYC from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on PM who enjoys fast‑paced interiors, strong client interaction, and seeing polished spaces come to life.

Client Details

Our client is a well‑established commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering office, workplace, retail, and amenity spaces across NYC. Known for their collaborative culture and consistent pipeline of work, they value professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Description

    • Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Oversee schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
    • Lead project meetings and proactively solve challenges.
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and on‑site alignment.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial interiors or office fit‑out projects (NYC experience preferred).
    • Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
    • Organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients and design teams.
    • A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
