Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – Hospitality Division position include:
- 3-7 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically managing high-end restaurant or hospitality projects
- Experience building out projects ranging from $1.5M–$13M, with average project budgets of $5M
- Must have experience leading projects (not as an assistant PM or project engineer), ideally with both full-service and high-end restaurant builds
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and MS Office; must be able to independently create and manage project schedules
- Manage preconstruction, budgeting, subcontractor selection, construction execution, and closeout phases
- Collaborate closely with chefs, designers, landlords, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Travel required nationwide, up to 2–4 days/month, with the rest of the time spent in-office (minimum 4 days/week)
- PMP certification and construction-related degree preferred but not required
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
