Job Details

Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, from start to final delivery. Oversee all project phases, coordinating with relevant teams to monitor progress, control expenses, and maintain efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and establish a rapport with the client throughout the project.
  • Support the project’s team to meet and exceed client and our expectations
  • Create and manage the CPM schedule to align with the project overall timeline.
  • Manage and comprehend the project budget to maximize profitability.
  • Review and thoroughly understand the contract agreements between the client and the general contractor, as well as those between the general contractor and subcontractors
  • Negotiate and contract vendors, delegate tasks according to their scope, and manage their progress throughout the project
  • Track activities, deadlines, and deliverables, while addressing any issues or unforeseen circumstances that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to all worksite safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Manage the successful closure of the project by overseeing inspections, documentation, and financial aspects.
  • Manage and track the project's cash flow through the pay application process, ensuring timely funding from the client.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret design drawings, plans, design documents, and contract documents
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software, scheduling software, and the MS Office Suite.

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall construction work experience
