Construction Project Manager

Candidate requirements:
Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of project.
Experience in General Contracting.
Read and understand construction plans.
Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values.
Understanding of contractual documents.
Oversee budgets and stay on schedule.
Communicate with vendors and clients.
Manage and lead construction team.
Manage weekly design/construction meetings.
Keep upper management informed of construction progress.
Coordinate with engineering/architectural firms.
WIP reports
Forecast duration of projects.
Perform closeout document review.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Position is largely sedentary with frequent walking.
Visit large jobsites if necessary.
