Construction Project Manager - AHCA Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in AHCA Healthcare projects to join a Top ENR- Rated General Contractor in the industry. The role is based in Tampa, FL and involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations.

Description

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee and enforce compliance with AHCA Healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients as required.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld on all project sites.
• Foster effective communication among all project participants.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects within the AHCA Healthcare sector.
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements, ICRA knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
