The role is based in Tampa, FL and involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations.

Description
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with AHCA Healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients as required.
- Ensure safety standards are upheld on all project sites.
- Foster effective communication among all project participants.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects within the AHCA Healthcare sector.
- 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements, ICRA knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
