Job Details
The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage projects from award through final completion
- Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and change management
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership
- Lead project meetings and serve as the primary client contact
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Local or regional experience in Michigan preferred
