Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction and installation projects under the Clean Green Schools Initiative. This program includes 60+ projects with approximately $290M in commitments focused on energy and infrastructure improvements in the P-12 school sector.
The Project Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle project management, including planning, execution, contractor coordination, stakeholder communication, and reporting. The role will also support program development, data analysis, and strategic improvements for energy-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale construction and installation projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and manage contracts, scope, schedules, and project budgets.
Coordinate with schools, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project performance and track progress against milestones.
Resolve project issues, risks, and stakeholder conflicts.
Prepare and present project status reports and documentation.
Support development of RFPs and Program Opportunity Notices (PONs).
Conduct data analysis to support program strategy and reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and program stakeholders.
Recommend process improvements and strategic enhancements.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborative planning efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, and budget management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience handling customer, contractor, or consultant conflicts.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred / Specialized Skills
Knowledge of energy programs or clean energy initiatives, especially in the P-12 school sector.
Ability to review technical and design documentation.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
