Salary: $25-35/hr
- Eligible for some overtime, not more than 45 hours

Job Description
Strickland Waterproofing Company is a proven leader in the waterproofing industry, utilizing cutting edge technology on many of the largest and most complicated projects across the Southeast. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship and outstanding service, with over 250 years of combined waterproofing experience and unparalleled knowledge in the industry. This person would support Senior Project Management with day to day responsibilities, assisting with end to end project coordination from pre-construction to close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication for bid proposals and new projects.
- Assist with scheduling bids and pre-bid meetings for the project managers.
- Attend pre-bid meetings or ensure appropriate attendance.
- Navigate construction plans and assist with creation of bid packages.
- Print off scope of work
- Bid bonds
- Engage with Contracts Admin and Accounts Receivable to ensure all appropriate documentation is captured by project for proper billing.
- Process change orders, partner with Contracts Admin to make sure it’s set up correctly.
- Assist the Project Managers with any additional tasks as needed while ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.
- Safety site plan – which workers will be on site, which materials we will use, scope of work awarded, equipment to be used, on-site point of contact
- Request warranties – log into manufacturer utilized for the project, input products and quantities/measurements used. Provide to proper closeout administrator.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized.
- Proactive, self-starter.
- Be detail oriented and assertive.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage / align multiple priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat (plans); experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Some construction experience desired, specifically Division 7 specifications.
- Bilingual in Spanish a bonus.
