Location: North Dallas/Allen, TX.

Precision Pavers is looking for a hands-on, field-forward Construction Project Coordinator to support our three crews across North Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex. You'll be out in the field tracking progress, anticipating material needs, and keeping everyone connected: crews, clients, and ownership.

This is not a desk-only coordination job. You'll spend most of your time visiting job sites, supporting crew logistics, documenting progress, and communicating clearly with clients. Our projects are residential and can evolve rapidly, so we need someone who can follow plans, recognize site realities, and report back to the office when something needs adjusting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Logistics: Manage day-to-day schedules and material logistics across 3 active crews and multiple residential job sites.
• Field Documentation: Visit job sites regularly to verify progress against the plan, take photos, document conditions, and keep detailed job notes.
• Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for homeowners regarding expectations, routine updates, schedule changes, and next steps.
• Proactive Problem Spotting: Identify issues early (materials shortages, layout changes, site conditions, scope creep) and flag them to ownership with proposed solutions.
• Crew Support: Ensure crews have exactly what they need to stay productive (clarity on plans, material readiness, logistical support).
• Data Management: Upload photos, notes, and daily status updates into JobTread (or similar PM software) to support scheduling accuracy at the office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in construction project coordination, field administration, or field supervision (residential preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and follow project plans and recognize "right vs. wrong" on a job site.
• Organization: Close attention to detail (managing photos, notes, and tracking multiple jobs simultaneously).
• Communication: Confident, calm, direct, and customer-friendly.
• Initiative: Self-starter mindset; you don't wait to be told to track down a missing material or update a client.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (you'll be on the road daily). Willingness to complete a background check upon a conditional job offer (role includes representing the company in clients' homes).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using new software (JobTread or similar).

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-time position, W-2 Employment.
• Pay: Starting around $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience, with room to grow based on performance and impact.
• Transportation: Company truck provided (must be insurable).
• Benefits Note: We're a small business and do not currently offer structured benefits (health/retirement) at this time; compensation is designed to reflect that.
• Time Off: 10 days PTO per year (accrues) + 6 paid holidays per year.
• Schedule: Typical start time is 7:00 AM at the yard; end time varies by workload and job site needs.
