Job Summary



The New Unit Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring procedures to expeditiously complete construction of new restaurants. They are responsible for leading a cross-functional team, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met on time, within budget, and according to compliance standards.

Responsibilities: 
  • Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 
  • Maintains relationships and sources outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities. 
  • Develops and tracks project budgets.  
  • Facilitates execution of Development Plans by coordinating key project schedules, budget, and resource allocation plans. 
  • Identifies issues that might impede construction of new units and expedites their resolution. 
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards. 
  • Organizes, maintains, and updates site files.  
  • Communicates and implements corporate policies regarding new unit construction.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience. 
  • BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment/ Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations. 
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
