Construction Manager (Healthcare)

This Project Manager role leads owner-side delivery of healthcare construction projects, starting with an outpatient clinic. You will manage scope, cost, and schedule while acting as the primary client-facing representative on site.

Our client is a growing owner's representation and construction management consultancy with deep technical expertise across MEP, infrastructure, and building systems. They support healthcare and institutional clients on complex renovation and capital projects, combining engineering knowledge with hands-on project leadership.

Description

* Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare renovation projects

* Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change control

* Coordinate designers, contractors, and vendors on site

* Act as the main point of contact for owners and stakeholders

* Identify risks and drive solutions to keep projects on track

Profile

* 5-7 years of construction or owner's rep experience

* Background in occupied renovation projects

* Healthcare project experience preferred

* Strong understanding of ARCH and MEP systems
