Salary Range:  $100/hr to $105/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of complex datacenter construction projects. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with expertise in datacenter operations and construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid 6 years' experience in datacenter construction or mission-critical environments.
• 12 years of progressive experience in the development of mission-critical facilities.
• 5  years' experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects or related mission-critical environment projects with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of construction management including cost, schedule, and safety management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 12 years of progressive experience in the development of mission-critical facilities.
• Professional licenses in Construction Management and/or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best practices to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Manage the selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery.
• Lead the development, management, and reporting of safety, scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Project Execution Requests (PERs), and other approval documentation.
