Location: Charlotte , NC 
Salary Range:  $80/hr to $100/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 + years of experience in Construction production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Significant experience in Managing Hyperscale Data Center construction   
• Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience with production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Experience using Revit and Bluebeam software.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees, and oversee staff development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
