We are looking for a Construction Laborer to join a growing exterior construction team. This position supports siding, roofing, window, and trim installations on residential and commercial projects. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience, or someone who is wanting to learn with a steady company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with siding, roofing, window, trim, and exterior installations

• Read and accurately use a tape measure for layout and cutting

• Support carpenters and crew leads with material prep and installation

• Load and unload materials and tools

• Maintain clean and safe job sites

• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines

• Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools

• Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Some construction, carpentry, or siding experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

Preferred:

• Experience with exterior siding or framing

• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Valid driver’s license
