Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Description:

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that construction projects comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
• Review plans and specifications to verify compliance with legal requirements
• Document and report any violations or issues discovered during inspections
• Communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide guidance
• Inspect structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for safety and quality
• Prepare detailed reports outlining inspection findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Certification as a Building Inspector is preferred
• Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
