Construction Foreman San Marcus, Texas
Allstates Consulting Services has openings for experienced field Construction Foreman to perform civil construction at telecom cell sites for the installation of concrete pads, underground conduit lays, minor brick and concrete mortar work, site grading etc. The Foreman will lead 2-to-3-man construction team. You will be responsible for completing daily and weekly reports, doing close out documents, tracking time and materials, maintaining vehicle and maintenance logs, and leading the team by example. We are not looking for Truck babies, you must be on site, working along with your crew.
We have openings in the following markets:
San Marcos, TX must live within 3 hours of San Marcus, TX.
Pay : $25 to $35 for a Foreman. May consider more if you have AT&T or generator install experience already.
Terms: W-2 employment, 40 to 60 hours+ a week on average. Working 6 days a week and a 7th day when work is heavy. 6 weeks on-1week home rotations. These conditions are Non-Negotiable.
Must be able to travel up to 6 weeks on the road at a time with 1 week off. If this requirement is not an option for you, DO NOT apply. This is mandatory.
Company will pay $125 a day per diem to cover meals and hotel. Company will provide vehicles, trailers, testing equipment and large tools needed for the job.
As a Construction Foreman you must:
- Have an updated resume listing out your construction experience.
- Have a valid DL! No exception- CDL A is a plus.
- Must be computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to use phone-based Apps.
- Must be able to perform all the duties for general construction work to include concrete and site layout, clean up, heavy lifting, moving materials, digging and standing for long periods.
- Experience setting in conduits and underground trenching is a must.
- Must be able to travel up to 6 weeks on the road at a time.
- Be 100% Safety-minded.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background consisting of a 7-year criminal records check and 3-year Motor vehicle record check. Please be aware that some Felony and misdemeanor convictions may not be acceptable. Example: Violence, Sexual Violence, Public Trust or Certain Drug charges.
