Are you a detail‑oriented construction professional with a strong eye for accuracy and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making? We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high‑quality commercial and institutional projects on time and within budget. In this role you’ll play a key part in pre‑construction, collaborating across departments to create competitive, accurate estimates and help shape project success.

Review project specifications and construction drawings to understand scope and deliverables.
Prepare detailed take‑offs and cost analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract work.
Build and submit complete proposals including budgeting, scheduling, and pricing strategies.
Manage subcontractor invitations to bid and evaluate responses to ensure competitive pricing.
Conduct subcontractor leveling and scope comparisons to support accurate buys.
Perform project buy‑out and contracting after award.
Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting, analyzing, and reconciling data.
Establish relationships with industry partners and stay informed on trends that influence pricing.
Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Solid understanding of construction fundamentals, take‑offs, and estimating principles.
Familiarity with blueprints and ability to interpret construction plans.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Procore, On‑Screen Takeoff (OST), and bidding platforms is a plus.
3–5+ years of construction industry experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
