Responsibilities:
- Drive sales goals through both inside and outside sales activity
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and clients
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on blueprints, specs, and project documents
- Support business development efforts to sustain and grow project volume
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Background or coursework in engineering, engineering technology, business, or related field
- Experience in structural steel estimating, design, detailing, or contract negotiations
- Familiarity with scheduling construction trades or subcontractors
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a small company setting
