Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Business Development Executive position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in construction services
- Existing rolodex of industry contacts; must have experience with GCs or CMs
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and achieve revenue/profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
- Present to potential and current clients to secure long-term contracts
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales reporting
- Travel 50%+ across DC, MD, NY, and surrounding regions
- Opportunity to move into ownership/partnership in the near future
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base, plus uncapped commission (total potential $200,000 - $250,000+), commensurate with experience.
