What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract terms
- Manage and proactively monitor AR aging, driving collections and reducing outstanding balances
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling billing questions, payment follow-ups, and discrepancy resolution
- Process and track contracts, change orders, lien waivers, and insurance documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready customer account records
- Partner cross-functionally with project and operations teams to resolve billing issues quickly and efficiently
- Help strengthen processes that improve cash flow and billing accuracy
What You Bring
- 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or construction accounting experience
- Experience in construction or project-based billing environments (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills; exposure to SharePoint is helpful
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
