Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project budgets, ensuring accurate coding of:
  • Labor
  • Materials
  • Equipment
• Prepare monthly progress billings, including:
  • AIA documentation
  • Final invoices
• Collaborate with project teams on:
  • Billing schedules
  • Change orders
  • Project financial performance
• Review and process subcontractor payment applications and vendor invoices
• Ensure receipt of required lien waivers and supporting documentation
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including:
  • Journal entries
  • Account reconciliations
• Support preparation of Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) reports and job cost analyses to identify:
  • Cost trends
  • Potential project overruns

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience with exposure to:
  • Job costing
  • WIP reporting
  • Project‑based accounting
• 1–3 years of accounting or relevant accounting support experience
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze detailed financial and project data
