Hendrick Construction is a Baton Rouge-based heavy civil contractor. We are a merit-based company that rewards a hard work ethic, competency, and honesty. We serve DODT, FAA, and Industrial clients.
We are seeking a Concrete Superintendent/Foreman with demonstrated experience with grades, formwork, concrete finishing, and commanding a successful concrete crew
Responsibilities: General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to plan, coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute concrete scopes
- Set and check the Grade, confirm forms are set properly
- Manage concrete scopes from start to completion
Required Qualifications:
- 10 Years minimum experience in civil construction Foreman/Superintendent
- Proficient in reading and analyzing construction plans and specifications; scheduling, cost, and quality control practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug test
Preferred Experience Scopes:
- DOTD Roadway Paving
- Flatwork
