Your New Role

• Lead all Ground Penetrating Radar scanning and non-destructive testing operations from fieldwork through final reporting in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas

• Perform concrete scanning, subsurface utility locating, and structural analysis

• Analyze and interpret data using software such as GPR Slice, Insights, or similar tools

• Deliver accurate reports and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams

• Build client relationships and identify new project opportunities to grow scanning services

• Serve as the primary technical expert for scanning and NDT services

• Mentor and guide technicians within the scanning and NDT division

• Partner with field crews to maintain high standards for quality and job site safety

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ground Penetrating Radar in construction or structural environments

• Strong experience with concrete scanning, utility locating, or subsurface investigation

• Proven leadership experience in the field with strong technical knowledge

• Skilled in subsurface mapping, data interpretation, and non-destructive testing methods

• Experience with GPR Slice, Insights, or similar data processing software

• Working knowledge of ultrasound, corrosion testing, half-cell measurement, permeability testing, or related NDT methods preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with teams and clients

• Comfortable working in both field and technical reporting environments

• Valid driver’s license

• Degree in geophysics, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
