Concrete Laborer

Job Description — Per Diem Concrete Finisher/Laborer

LionHeart Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher/Laborer. This role is hands-on and requires experience in concrete finishing, forming, and general concrete construction. Applicants must submit a resume with verifiable work history to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and strip concrete forms using wood, metal, or other materials

• Mix, pour, place, finish, and cure concrete for slabs, foundations, walls, curbs, and flatwork

• Perform concrete finishing including screeding, floating, edging, troweling, and broom finishes

• Place, secure, and tie rebar and wire mesh according to specifications

• Read and follow construction drawings, measurements, and job specifications

• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after pours

• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and concrete equipment

• Follow all jobsite safety protocols and Washington State safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of verifiable concrete experience, including finishing and forming

• Proven ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Knowledge of construction site safety practices

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for jobsite safety, documentation, and coordination

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
