Location: Jacksonville, FL
Atlantic Coast Construction Group builds commercial projects across North Florida with in-house concrete and masonry divisions. We are building leaders in the field, not just crews.
The Concrete Foreman leads field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, production oversight, safety compliance, and coordination with project management. The Foreman must set the tone for performance, professionalism, and jobsite discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concrete crews on commercial projects
- Coordinate daily production goals and manpower
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Track materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Communicate with project managers and superintendents
- Maintain schedule performance and productivity targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on commercial projects
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Dependable transportation required
Typical schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; occasional travel to regional project sites.
