Concrete Foreman

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Atlantic Coast Construction Group builds commercial projects across North Florida with in-house concrete and masonry divisions. We are building leaders in the field, not just crews.

The Concrete Foreman leads field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, production oversight, safety compliance, and coordination with project management. The Foreman must set the tone for performance, professionalism, and jobsite discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on commercial projects
• Coordinate daily production goals and manpower
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Track materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Maintain schedule performance and productivity targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on commercial projects
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Experience with Procore preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Dependable transportation required

Typical schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; occasional travel to regional project sites.
