Competitive Seasonal Compensation
High Hourly Rates:
$30–$35/hour for experienced finishers.
$35–$40+/hour for finishers with a Class A CDL.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional concrete finishing experience.
Skills: Expert knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques with a strong attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Advantage: A Class A CDL is a major plus and qualifies you for our highest pay tier.
