Job Description

Established in 1996, A-One Chipseal is a full-service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. We provide preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots and highways and have completed numerous diverse projects for various cities, counties and CDOT across the Front Range.

DESCRIPTION

Concrete finishers are responsible for preparation, placement, and the finishing of concrete. 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable.
• Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills.
• Must be trustworthy and honest.
• Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies.
• Able to read, write, and speak English – bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
• A current driver's license is preferred – must have a clean motor-vehicle record if operating a Company vehicle.
• Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
• Able to provide legal right to work in the U.S as A-1 Chipseal participates in E-Verify
• 3 years’ experience as a concrete finisher/form setter – flatwork, curb & gutter, metal forms.
• Able to life 50+ lbs.
• Able to work 60+ hours per week.
• Own transportation to and from shop.
