We are a growing concrete contractor ($10mil+rev) based in Middle Tennessee specializing in new construction projects for retail, banks, hotels, industrial, and big box store clients. Our work includes concrete foundations, flatwork, and site work on commercial-scale projects ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000.
We are looking for experienced, motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in running concrete construction projects and want to be part of a fast-paced, professional team. Compensation:$120,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Project Management
- Review RFI ASI Project Scope Changes & Price Accordingly
- Submit Monthly Billing
- Schedule of Values
- Budgeting
- Scheduling with Field Director
- Change Orders
- Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
- Work Directly with the Superintendent and the Project Manager of the General Contractor
- Approve Invoices
- Concrete Construction Experience: 5+ Years
- Construction Management Experience: 5+ Years
