Taylor Management is seeking a friendly, organized Concierge and Community Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for residents and Concierge and Community Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for residents and to provide administrative support to the community management team. This dual-role requires a strong customer service orientation combined with effective administrative skills to enhance the overall resident experience. Salary is $47,000-$55,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate community events and facilitate communication between residents and management.
- Support administrative functions such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with community policies and assist with resident inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, concierge services, or administrative roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
