Computer Support Specialist (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to support inquiry resolution and system navigation for our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Search and review computer records and databases to respond to inquiries
- Interpret data and documentation to provide accurate solutions
- Evaluate submitted documentation and determine appropriate responses
- Draft clear, accurate, and professional email communications
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling records and responses
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
