Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for major IT-related projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans and prototypes in collaboration with team members.
• Work with commercial off-the-shelf solutions and client/server technology integrations.
• Identify resources needed and manage project scope, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, functional group managers, and senior management to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Implement and oversee project management methodologies, including MS-Project and other tools.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and establish KPIs for ongoing project evaluation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in computer programming, project management, or similar fields.
• Experience leading large projects, coordinating teams, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS-Project), database programming, and web-based application development.
• Strong knowledge of client/server systems, SQL, and web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, and make strategic decisions.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
