Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our San Diego office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.

- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.

- Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the construction or mechanical contracting industry.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and building codes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
