• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 Months
• Start: As Soon As Possible
• Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams (calls and meetings)

• Problem-solving: Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Critical thinking: Evaluate requirements, prioritize effectively, and analyze data logically
• Attention to detail: Deliver high accuracy in documentation, audits, and reporting

• Conduct internal audits and compliance monitoring across departments
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Perform regulatory research to stay current on laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies
• Assist with drafting, updating, and implementing company-wide compliance policies
• Conduct employee training to promote compliance awareness
• Investigate potential compliance breaches, violations, or complaints

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with compliance or risk management software tools
