HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:Your Role:
- Performs a variety of support tasks within Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Interacts directly, via telephone, or email with colleagues to provide information on the compensation, retirement, and benefit programs offered by Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH).

Supervises:
- None
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), business, or related field.
- Note: Human Resources may accept two (2) years of related professional work experience in lieu of the required education.
Required Experience:
- HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform job responsibilities using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup.
- Willingness to attend MS Office classes on- or off-site to enhance MS Office skill level.
- High attention to detail and data integrity.
- Knowledge of a human resources information systems (HRIS).
- Ability to learn new systems and tasks.
- Ability to administer and interpret TMH policies, procedures, and operations accurately and effectively.
- Ability to prioritize work. Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (to communicate and interact professionally and effectively (both orally and in writing) with management, co-workers, colleagues, and external sources).
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Willingness to be flexible.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of compensation practices. Healthcare experience.
- General understanding of HR management principles and practices; and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Exposure to organization’s current HRIS system or a similar HRIS system.

- None
Preferred Certification/License/Registry:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential(s).
