Compensation Analyst Highlights
- The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Remote position (candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.)
- This position is a seasonal contract role
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze long-term incentive (LTI) compensation plan data collected from surveys
- Read and interpret company proxy statements and compensation plan documents (e.g., stock options)
- Validate submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve discrepancies or data issues
- Enter and update data in proprietary databases
- Participate in training and apply learned processes to ensure data quality
Requirements
- Background in consulting, corporate HR, compensation, or related field (education and/or experience accepted; entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills; experience with LTI data or proxy statements is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and database systems
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the assignment

- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

- Maintain compensation data regarding salary survey
- Determine appropriate workers compensation pricing
- Prepare monthly compensation reports to summarize compensation changes analysis
- Maintain and administer compensation guidelines for internal compensation practices
- Support the compensation salary administration process
- Maintain master compensation data file for employees receiving incentive compensation
- Administer compensation and incentive programs
- Process company-wide workers' compensation claims
- Identify compensation policies and practices to support the compensation
