Commuter Support Specialist (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Computer Support Specialist (CSS) to provide technical support and account administration services to internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA) and RSA-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for account-related issues, including:

  • Account provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Account creation and password resets
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup and resets
  • RSA PIN resets and token distribution/installation
  • Approving RSA tokens
  • Re-enabling user accounts
  • Browser configuration modifications for specific applications
• Troubleshoot internal and external MFA and RSA issues.
• Assist users with navigating systems and assigning roles within HCS.
• Respond to written and telephone inquiries from internal and external customers in a respectful, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Actively listen to user concerns and guide them through appropriate resolutions.
• Process paper documentation related to HCS accounts, including:
  • Scanning documents into tracking systems
  • Accepting or rejecting submitted forms
  • Mailing HCS PIN letters and account activation instructions
  • Scanning documents into FileNet
  • Keying and verifying completed documents
• Establish and maintain organized records and files, including numbering forms, coding documentation, preparing file folders, and updating records as needed.
• Operate office equipment including photocopiers, printers, hand scanners, and document scanners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in help desk or technical support environment preferred.
• Familiarity with MFA, RSA tokens, and account administration processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with office equipment and standard computer applications.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
