What a Community Outreach Representative Does:

  • Act as a positive brand ambassador for the organization by delivering exceptional client services and representing the organization with professionalism.
  • The community outreach representative will build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long term engagement through continuous interactions with clients and prospective clients.
  • You will act as a client services officer, offering wide range of our solutions tailored to our customers
  • The community outreach representative will Collect feedback and insights to help improve outreach efforts and our client services offerings
  • The community outreach representative will correspond with clients and prospective clients on inquiries about our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of community client services activities and lead

To advance in the role of a community outreach representative you need to;

  • Have a High school diploma or GED
  • Have 2 years experience in similar role
  • Have Previous experience in outreach, client services, customer engagement and support
  • The community outreach representative must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team ensuring client services and support is provided.
  • The community outreach representative must be willing to travel
  • The community outreach representative should be a dependable client services officer
  • Be highly organized, with strong communication skills, writing skills, and attention to detail
