The Linden Apartment Homes is a 144 apartment home community in Rock Hill, SC seeking a licensed, experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the on-site team, and drive leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Lead, train, and supervise leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive leasing, renewals, and resident retention
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
• Coordinate maintenance, unit turns, and vendor services

Requirements

• 2+ years as a Multifamily Property Manager (required)
• South Carolina Property Manager License (required)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience with leasing, resident relations, and property operations
